The physiotherapists at Philip Wood Physiotherapy are trained in exercise prescription. Whether you are recovering from an injury, rehabilitating from surgery, or just looking to improve your strength and fitness, we are able to assist with devising a safe and effective program. Exercise prescription can be onsite at our facilities (in water or on land) or in the home environment.
